A new Washington law requires most government-funded building and renovation plans to meet LEED certification, raising concerns about whether it is worth the average $10,000 to $50,000 price tag.
I am a devil's advocate. I always love a good challenge. I love rhetoric when it is skillfully and ethically applied. I believe the greatest weakness one can have is the willingness to settle for less than they're worth. I belive one's greatest strength is their bravery to try anything once, physically and idealogically, despite ridicule, silliness, or fear. Afterall, you only live once. Do it for your own agenda, your own principles, your own pleasures.
